Sari Laitinen | US Legal Counsel

Sari Laitinen, Juris Doctor (USA), is a trusted advisor to corporations, businesses and management in their US legal questions. Her goal is to provide practical solutions to US legal questions in negotiating and understanding:

• M&A and financing transactions,
• Capital markets and corporate governance,
• Agreements, and
• Legal risk management.

Sari has worked in this field as a business lawyer over 10 years, most of it in the USA. She lived in the USA for 17 years until late 2004.

Sari has counseled Nasdaq and NYSE listed US companies, companies listed on the Finnish stock exchange, as well as US and Finnish privately owned technology and industrial companies.  She has also advised investors.

Sari often works with companies in cooperation with their regular Finnish counsel. Her law degree is from the United States. Accordingly, she does not provide counsel on Finnish law.

Sari lectures on US law at two Finnish universities and is a frequent lecturer on various US law topics.
